Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use the lol49 platform is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may open an account on this platform or participate in any betting or gaming activity. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on lol49. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and all accounts may be closed.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Correct name, address, phone number and date of birth must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and withdrawal requests may be rejected.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Identity Verification Requirement

To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud, lol49 may request identity verification at any time. A National ID (NID), passport or birth registration certificate along with proof of payment method may be required.

3.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or put on hold until the verification process is completed. lol49 reserves the right to review transactions on any account suspected of fraud.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

The minimum deposit amount on lol49 is ৳200 (applicable for all methods). Accepted payment methods are:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For accounts with successful verification, funds are generally paid out within 5 to 30 minutes. In special circumstances where additional verification is required, this timeframe may be extended.

4.3 Withdrawal via the Same Method

For security purposes, withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as the deposit. Additional verification may be required when using multiple payment methods. Withdrawals to any third-party account outside the deposit source are not permitted.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

lol49 reserves the right to suspend any transaction and notify the authorities if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Attempting to cash out only through multiple deposits and withdrawals without playing through the bonus will be considered 'bonus abuse'.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

  • Bonuses are applicable only once and are non-transferable.
  • Please read the full terms before placing bets with bonus funds.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in bonus cancellation.
  • Bonuses may have a specific active period; unused bonuses will be automatically removed after expiry.
  • lol49 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

lol49's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers. If any prohibited activity is detected at any tier, VIP benefits will be cancelled immediately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, lol49 reserves the right to cancel it. In the event of an internet disconnection, the data stored on lol49's servers shall be considered final.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures fairness. The terms and conditions of the game provider may also apply.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football and other sports. If a match or tournament is cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in some specific markets.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the lol49 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Using software, bots or automated methods to play.
  • Exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other users to play.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Using a false identity or a third party's payment method.
  • Any form of threats, harassment or abusive behavior.

7.2 Consequences

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited and lol49 reserves the right to take legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 lol49's Rights

lol49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or deception.
  • By order of a court or authority.
  • If the account remains inactive for a long period.

8.2 User Request for Account Closure

You can close your own account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closure. Reopening a closed account will require identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Technical Issues

lol49 is not liable for any financial loss caused by internet disconnection, server outages or third-party service failures. However, bets unfairly lost due to technical errors will be reconsidered.

lol49 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the user's own decisions or circumstances beyond their control. Users place bets of their own judgment and free will and bear full responsibility for doing so.
